1 – The value of disruption.  There needs to be a compelling reason to force people to look at the world around them differently.

2- Associations need to take a look at modeling the relationship between the executive team and the board of directors to a role of shared ownership and an understanding the roles that everyone needs to embrace.

3- Having an outside facilitator can help change internal and external dynamics to allow for growth to take place.

4- The answer or solution in reinvention is understanding that reinvention is a process of self-discovery.  The answer lies within the strengths of your organization.
